The Circuit Breaker Lockout encloses the rocker of a single-pole circuit breaker in the off position, and has an adapter for blade-type fuses. Power Plug Lockouts enclose the plug so the machine cannot be connected to the mains: P110 for regular plugs and P550 for high-voltage plugs.

Five ABUS gate valve lockouts cover valves from 1 to 13 inch. Each one completely encloses the handwheel and is secured with a padlock, clearly signalling that the valve is closed and must not be operated.

The P603 plugs onto a pneumatic connection so it fits no coupling, with three connections for common couplings up to 15 mm outside diameter. The P606 goes over a gas cylinder valve like a cover and is secured with a padlock.

Where there is no dedicated device, the Cable Lockout’s insulated steel cable is pulled through a hand lever or turning wheel and around a counterpoint, then tightened. It comes in lengths from 1 m to 5 m and holds up to six padlocks.

The Lockout Hasp takes up to six padlocks, so up to six people can each secure the energy point independently. For large machinery with many access points, the Safety Redbox keeps the machine locks at hand, mobile or on its wall bracket.

The Permit Redbox locks an A4 work permit behind its front pane, with 20 holes for personal lockout locks plus 3 for authorised persons. Write-on tags carry a name or department, and the 74 Series padlock comes in ten colours.
